Anyone have any good tutorials or videos on how to do unit testing well?

At this point I'm using Mocha + Chai... May switch to Jest at some point, though, at the very least to just test my own understanding of the concepts.

I think what I need is info on good coding practices, design patterns, etc. Decoupling especially.
