Question for miners @292 about RBF. Justification was what if your TX gets stuck because fee is too low. Can't the TX recipient just spend that TX even if it's not mined yet? So it will get unstuck as long as it's spent with a sufficient fee? No need to replace it?

In theory, every bitcoin chain can have withholding attacks and double-spends with coordination. It's just a lot less likely when mining nodes are closely connected and sharing unmined txs the way that Teranode does.
