Foreign central banks won’t buy long duration treasuries anymore. The game now is to bring global crypto under the U.S. regulatory tent, and require treasury reserves in order to to enter the market. Treasury holdings must scale as the market does, allows U.S. to keep spending to oblivion (at least in theory).
