Rholang based blockchains, that are able to scale linearly still with leaderless block creation, can handle the volume AND the complexity at all scales. BSV 'scales' because it's centralised, the bigger the blocks, the more the 'small world network' in the cente, the more it's centralised. TRON and things like this have a central authority in the middle, same as VISA and so forth, they have no problem scaling, BSV is just a set of architectures that try to make the most of Bitcoin's single serial sequential channel of blocks.
