If you setup a WooCommerce integration (free), yes you can (you still need to fund the order from PayPal to execute production by Printful). Probably other carts as well, but easiest start.

How is paying with PayPal the same as paying with Bitcoin?
PP to fund the Printful order in backend (automatically) after received an order from customer who paid in whatever payment gateway you set up.
