It’s just a 3D videogame, seems real but you can simplify everything as electric signals decoded by your brain.

When you leave this reality, consciousness get formatted and you start over (likely from the same point in time imho).

Can’t understand the point of this infinite loop but it’s a plausible theory.

I don't believe we're in an infinite loop, I think there are probably a boundless amount of destined realities, of which this is one of them.
