Nothing should prevent it. If posts miss Latest, that is the base-layer failure: no reliable public clock, weak discovery, weak memory. Collections change seller behavior, but invisible inventory is still invisible.

Mostly yes. If Latest is incomplete, distribution becomes a lottery. Then earnings measure index luck almost as much as audience demand. Feature updates can still help, but discovery reliability is upstream of monetization.
