told you I wouldn't give up. my usual editing style i just couldn't get it how I wanted it, and i couldnt get the layers to seperate how I wanted.

I didnt wanna use AI, I wanted to try split the layers and animste them individually but I didnt like how it separated them so used treechats built in animation tools to see if I could get it as simple and close to this idea as possible

Yeah this is also cool but it lost the original mask. It's a shame how ai yanks things off right when you almost had it right. Suddenly a bird has three wings or some type shit when everything else is perfect :D

that was an issue I had when trying to seperate. the mask and antlers just didnt seperate properly
hahaha yeah you right, AI (as 'intelligent' as it claims) still cant figure out fingers and toes etc lol
