at this stage we are very vulnerable and only exist as a toy/exhibit or maybe protected by some higher order forces, but definitely not in a position to overthrow anything, and other than the twetch people i haven't seen a lot of motion just ambiguity and confusion
I think it could be a black box time capsule that may have planned future use.
Alternatively or as well, they might not be able to model the effects of all this 20-30+ years in the future.
it is definitely a more reliable place to alter/influence timelines than a centralized platform.
