I am fully aware that he's trying but there is no freaking way it will happen. If he was gonna do it, he would have done it before the election.

Bush wasn't technically at war either. It was never officially cleared through Congress, so technically he was a "peacetime" president as well.

Sorry, I was being facetious. But I do believe the fallout will carry well past yelling. Groups of citizens on both sides are ripe for violence.
