Even though life is not good in my situation, i choose to change it today.
My first day, just warming up. 3hours of walk i don't know how many steps i had no track from 6:00am-9:00am and eat some boiled egg and 1cup rice after.
Any advice for beginners? My feet so hurt maybe because of shoes.
