I don’t think it's an accomplishment at all.
It's a failure for XRP,
It means nothing for SV unless SV can overcome its own hurdles.
Other project failures are an opportunity for self-examination & improved game-planning, but not a sign of victory.

What hurdles does sv have to overcome?
Top ten in market cap
Misinformation.
lower prices, more technology for building apps
Transaction prices, not coin prices
To name a few:
Marketing: Most people haven't heard about it. Difficult to understand.
PR: Seems like a scam to many reputation-sensitive entities.
Use: No enterprise adoption, no killer app.
Accessibility: Difficult for the average person to obtain.
the other coins ARE Bitcoin's hurdles.
If the strategy for BitCoin requires the other altcoins to fail in a way that's independent of BSV demonstrating its superior value and appeal, that sounds like a losing game plan.
Also, there are scenarios where everyone could lose.
