Must not have been very hungry

I’m asking for help only because I can’t cash out by myself. A friend usually helps me withdraw and send but with $7 it doesn’t go through. So I was hoping for about $16 or $17 to make it possible.

So I see no one believes me that why I send the money back some are calling me lie is that right we are all one person God created us to understand each other and love each other but why orders are hitting each other is that right
