Who is in cooperation to attack?
Is the "passing off" of BTC as bitcoin a tax evasion issue if it's not bitcoin any more?
These are valid questions, but the hodl ppl seem to miss all of this for some reason.

As long as a majority of CPU power is controlled by nodes that are not cooperating to attack the network, they'll generate the longest chain and outpace attackers.
