Vaccinate. But delay for as long as possible. Baby's immune system is inherited from Mom.
Make sure Mom is gut-healthy. Prefer natural birth (microbiome passed to baby from Mom's birth-canal. Immunity).
Breastfeed (Mom's immunity).

Baby's gut is sterile at birth. Make sure the first thing baby eats is Mom's breastmilk. If Mom's milk is late coming in, persist. Baby will cry, Mom will stress, but milk will come.
