Meet Patrick’s Tribute Wall - @PaperPatio
Patrick, Pman, Patsticks, is my younger brother. He passed away in 2021 after battling Epidermolysis Bullosa all 22 years of his life. He loved Nintendo. He was always keeping me (his oblivious older sister) updated on all things games and tech. I started painting his wall before he died because I wanted his room to feel less like a hospital and more like a place of adventure. Unfortunately, he never got to see the room. However, I started to paint on these walls with my siblings and slowly started transforming his room into the game room he always wished he could have. I love you Pat. I hope you’re with me every time I do something in your memory. I’ve been lazy with finishing up the murals, but I think it’s because part of me doesn’t know what to do once I’m done painting these walls. I don’t know where the grief will go, but I’m going to try to finish this room in your honor. Love you bro. I’ll post updates here from time to time. Long live PaperPatio.
