Be wary of BCH & BSV price 'pumps'. They are likely not due to the CSW case but to miner hash. BCH is first to reach halvening in about 30 days, BSV will halve in around 40 days - both before BTC. There's a lot of 'unknown' or 'not friendly' hash going into BCH & BSV to scoop up coins before it halves. This is giving the price a short term jump but expect this miner to dump the hash & the coins when the difficulty adjusts to the new hash. Basically, they are using the 'it's more profitable to mine BCH & BSV' short term gains to get coins to dump while the pickings are good and BTC is becoming expensive to mine.
What it does show is miners will move their hash to the most profitable chain when things get tough on the BTC chain - hash power is the one thing BTC has going for it as it fails at every other metric. BCH has next to no activity at all in it's blocks, it's almost dead. Meanwhile BSV is testing a million tx/s on the teranode testnet, by this time next year those numbers should be on mainnet with new industries and use cases pumping tx into the chain.
