one option is electrumSV, if you run it from the command line and add "--testnet" to the end
you can also run a full testnet node and use the sv node built-in wallet cli if you're so inclined - testnet3 is not that big.
there may be some other options but I don't know offhand, I'll see what I can come up with
I remember Twetch having tbst wallet besides the normal wallet. Is it comming back?

Also sigil should handle test wallets, if not I can add that make sure it works - now that we have test faucets etc we can make it all work!
