well ive done exactly that mistake. been here too long. years. resentment has built up. my main thing is i just dont want to be "fired for cause" whereas they will fight me on claiming unemployement

If you really think your getting fired dont quit! Unless they have a very good reason you should get gov bucks

exactly, i am not going to quit (why would i, i enjoy the work). I will be able to claim unemployment if fired, the question is whether they would fight it or not, which i severely doubt. Hows your employment, im assuming you were mostly kidding about the quitting part
Im not quitting. If I leave my job tho im taking a few years off lol....retirement too far away. Im tired now
