No, and there's other reasons I don't think he is either, namely that BSV isn't whitepaper Bitcoin, it's not the same system, but it's still being touted as "Real Bitcoin" and most BSV'ers buy it. It's like the final boss of deciphering Bitcoin and is a catch-all for most people who realize BTC/BCH isn't Bitcoin. They end up here thinking they have "real Bitcoin".

The whole thing just seems to be another psy-op to suppress whitepaper Bitcoin, while duping people into believing that's what it is. I assign reasonably high odds to Craig being an intelligence agent with a very niche specific role here. We know he worked with intelligence in the past.

Whitepaper bitcoin must be a legit existential threat, because for 17 years they've successfully suppressed it, through multiple variations, in different ways with each.

It really is one of the craziest stories going, to this day. If what I'm saying is true (and it's hard to argue against it), basically nobody on earth understands what's happening with Bitcoin. A couple people here do. @6345 gets it.

It is evidence of the overwhelming power of intelligence agencies with regards to memory-holing/suppressing ideas. 17 fucking years and whitepaper Bitcoin still does not exist, nobody understands that, and BTC is still at the top. That's a series of pretty successful ops.

And it has to be intelligence ops. There's no way this happened organically.

@3 I will also say that BSV might actually be optimal compared to whitepaper Bitcoin. Maybe confiscation is necessary for global stability.

It's actually possible that whitepaper bitcoin is an existential threat for various reasons. That would explain why they've done this.

The crazy part is the success they had against raising the blocksize limit like that one is a no brainer yet everyone thinks its like a nuclear bomb for bitcoin really unreal

It's all a glowing example of how effective intelligence psyops are. We really have no chance against them, they know how everyone ticks and they know how to mass manipulate with ease. They have botnets to fake public opinion, predictive modeling, all-seeing monitoring, super powerful AI... They install agents in positions of power and control narratives..

The only thing you can do is bear witness to it and remain aware it's happening, and question why. That's how I ended up thinking "Maybe whitepaper Bitcoin is dangerous for the world", it would explain why they suppress it. Maybe allowing criminal networks to amass Bitcoin with no means to confiscate or freeze it, is super dangerous over time, for example.

Some others might say "Global Intelligence is evil, and whitepaper bitcoin could cause them big problems, that's why they're suppressing it", but I think that's a lot less likely, I actually think the people at the top running show aren't evil, despite appearances.

Or whoever has the power to control the money supply (arguably the greatest power in the world) doesn't want to lose it.

But I like the term "white paper Bitcoin". No Craig in the wp. #NoQueens
