Serious question I've been contemplating...
If we don't vote for either, aren't we stuck with one regardless...and chances are not the one we would have picked..pick the lesser evil..?

the problem is, is that everyone is thinking in terms of "winning" or "losing", when really it is just a lose-lose situation. therefore, the only way to truly win is not to play. like the choice that Neo made at the end. he chose not to play anymore.
