Exactly. If Kleiman is awarded any damages, it can ONLY mean CSW is Satoshi and Kleiman gets (at most) half of the 1.1m BTC and forks. They're insane if they think Kleiman getting half somehow means CSW isn't Satoshi. He can't send what he doesn't own.
