In mintBlue, each action is placed in a signed, encrypted envelope, then anchored into a chained sequence of UTXOs so its order and integrity can be independently verified.
An overlay reads those envelopes and deterministically advances a state machine, turning the transaction history into usable application state.
SSI-style delegations connect a person’s cryptographic identity to an organisation and role, compatible with an eIDAS-oriented trust model, while short-lived broker tokens let applications exercise that delegation safely.
Every application action can be linked back through its delegation and transaction chain, providing a tamper-evident audit trail of who was authorised, what happened, and in which order.
