What program/site/app do you use 2 make this?
I'm looking for a bit of an upgrade 2 the pixilart.com I used for my first pic. I love the site but I need more tools and such lol

i use aseprite, but you have to buy it. www.aseprite.org/

Gale is probably the best free software. graphicsgale.com/us/

piskel is a good free program. www.piskelapp.com/

gimp and photoshop can easily be used, but you need to set up your tools correctly.
