You then need to run a script I built that will recover it. It runs locally only so your seed never leaves your control. I’ll upload the script to Gist, and provide the link below.

Here is the github repo for the script and a big README to help guide you through using it. It's pretty straight forward. If you don't trust the code, you can turn off your wifi, and run everything offline. Hope it goes well.
