depends on how you define "children". Because children need to learn the lessons of life as early as possible. if you falsely show them the world being Disneyland, they will be set up for failure. Teach them rules, give them tasks, educate them early.

Absolutely right, both can be accomplished knowing how and when to teach them.
I often think of parenthood and this pandemic. I'm fortunate enough to have an at-home mother raising our children. Many parents are out-of-touch with true parenting.
