We are seeing more extreme denials as the organised crime network attempts to hold up their business model, which is very intrigueing as one takes a deep dive. Firstly there is the mortgage fraud, where the “LENDER” does not lend anything, then the “CUSTOMER” who often pays decates of interest into a scheme where nothing was ever lent, then the “LAND REGISTRY” which makes an entry based on misrepresentation by the “CONVEYANCER”.

Now comes the “REPOSSESSION” by the “MORTGAGEE”, using “POSSESSON PROCEEDINGS” via the “COUNTY COURT”, by SRA regulated “SOLICITORS”.
They we have a “BAILIFF” force entry with the help of “POLICE CONSTABLES” keeping the peace allegedly.

If the matter escalates, a “HIGH COURT WRIT” is obtained against “TRESPASSERS” and again, the police comes to keep the peace, which means kicking out the homeowner / tenant under deception, using dormant companies such as Wilson & Roe.
The Local authority who holds the statutory responsibility, has never been known to arrest a banker for orchestrating an elaborate and violent scam.
Then there is a darker side which is emerging - “BUYERS” are generally “INSIDERS” and now more often, people who have ties to money laundering and terrorism – Shielded by the police as we see in the case of Anne Widdicombe and Sara Chadd.
On a brighter note, Hunters, the agents in the case of Natalya Marchuk, have handed the keys back to the management company, declaring that they are no longer willing to market the property, based on material being exposed.
