we did see funds from hacks being frozen. coins have been confiscated. exchanges sued. the point is digital assets do not exist in a regulatory and legal void.
yet the space evolves more slowly that one might expect.
But none of that is new. Craig is talking about miners and freezing orders, no? As in actually seizing funds from an address through miners. If you're talking about arresting a person and forcing them to turn over coins that's an entirely different thing.
