I love audio-only podcasts. The entire Theater of the Mind vibe makes it much easier to digest and process the information without distraction or external influence.

Even when "watching" vodcasts, I almost never view the video. It's usually a distraction.

Agreed on most points, but the vodcasts can show charts, or visualizations, which podcasts cannot. Many times facial expressions are rich additives, one can IMMEDIATELY know a joke from serious by a smile or lack of one.
