In the console while logged into Twetch, if you type:
localStorage.seed
Do you see a 12-word phrase?
If not type:
localStorage.clear()
Then log out and log back in and try to go to Chat.

I see a 12-word phrase. No clears or logouts needed. I've been logged in a long while.
localStorage.seed is undefined. Nothing changed after re-login. I registered with MoneyButton then change my wallet to RelayX if it matters.
Tested with Firefox too, it's the same.
localStorage.seed is "u n d e f i n e d".
I used "u n d e f i n e d" in my twetch above but it removed probably because of some JS bug.
