my relayone keeps on spinning, it seems stuck.

go to one.relayx.io. Open browser console. localStorage.removeItem('PRIVATE_KEY'); localStorage.removeItem('IDENTIY_KEY'); localStorage.removeItem('SYNC_KEY'); localStorage.removeItem('PAYMAIL'); window.location.reload()
Then try syncing again

thank you kind sir but i think it did the same when clearing cookies/cache and it's not working more now (yes i corrected identity_key) my handle should be 1jefferson i guess, but i see it written nowhere

your profile doesnt look right. 1. BACKUP YOUR MNEMONIC FORM THE APP EVEN IF YOU DID BEFORE.
2. Delete app
3. Install and restore mnemonic
The weird thing is it does the same on my phone (my previous try was on pc)
