Might resume edibles someday. After decades of smoking, I've gotten to the point where my throat hurts all the time on one side, plus that side of my face feels burnt and my eye twitches, especially right after I take a rip, but that could be anxiety, too.

I personally quit drinking and cocaine, but I still smoke CBD bud and occasionally mix a little high thc in at night.

Yeah there's a chance I could do well with a volcano but feeling led to be a completely sober at least for a while. I'm sadly one of those people who haven't even managed to take a tolerance break. Thinking about growing some CBD plants this year though.

To be clear, I have nothing against cannabis or alcohol.

I turned 18 in a rehab (mama tried)... I'm 39 in a month and been polluting my body for decades... not a casual partier or stoner... have a 2-y.o. darling angel and feel a need to drop my vices now.

Today I noticed my eye twitching more than usual... I feel like the issue was "smoking pot" not necessarily "using cannabis" (e.g. edibles)... have some leftover alc but Instead of a liquid breakfast I'll wait until tonight and see how I feel. Baby steps.
