Lightning is garbage for many reasons and this is one CSW warned about years ago but this is Exodus wallet who also haven't managed to sync BSV wallets for over 6 months either. "We are working on this" has been the message with no further updates while coins can't send/receive/swap. Bit of an issue for BSV that 3rd party wallets have trouble syncing, won't get better with terranode flooding blocks either if they can't keep up at the current rate.
