they do not need to agree
they can all act independently
no court order is needed for any of this

Pruning by an individual node doesn't destroy the data. Permanent availability depends on whether at least one archival copy continues to exist.

Why should we assume that all miners and all independent archival operators will eventually delete the same data?

BSV data can be permanently archived and remain accessible without every miner storing it.

"Bollox" to you and your thought experiment in a vacuum that doesn't actually exist

It's not a false statement, because the vacuum you keep describing wherein it actually gets deleted, does not and will never exist.

The data stored on BSV is immutable.

The scenario you continue to present is not one that will ever unfold.

You can block me all you like, most people do when they realize they are intellectually outmatched and starting to look foolish.

Enjoy your little safe space echo chamber, pussy.

The only person who took an L here is you

For hammering on a scenario that will never actually unfold and claiming it's proof that I'm wrong.

If the scenario you keep describing will never happen, and it won't due to variance in human nature and economics, then you're wrong. It's really that simple.
