I have multiple ideas for apps and services, even capital to get started. I'm not familiar with app building, programming and developing these software. I've been frantically trying to learn C & C++ just to get in on this. I'm a Marketing guy at heart.

Learning C++ is super handy - but also not for the faint heart. And.. a lot of the time you're gonna be reinventing the wheel. One thing Elon Moist said in his speech was to avoid reinventing the wheel. Javascript is your best bet, widely used.
