the 1st Maori arrived in Aotearoa (NZ) by canoe, some of the canoes are still here, they killed all of the Moa, Haast's eagle starved. Then they almost killed all the bloodline of the Moriori people, before white man arrived was tribal warfare for them
is possible the Maori people would have killed themselves all off if white man had not arrived, how bad does that sound.
in fact the Maori people invented trench warfare with their God given talents.
this fortunately happened before glass windscreens
the indigenous Maori mythology name for Haast's Eagle is Poukai
this means kill and eat humans
i guess they figured trenches would be more value than windscreens at that time 🦅
en.wikipedia.org Pouākai - Wikipedia lizards, snakes, birds and sharks
with fish, amphibians and reptiles exhibiting various forms of gynogenesis and hybridogenesis
an incomplete form of parthenogenesis
Parthenogenesis is distinct from artificial animal cloning
