I really appreciate you reminding me that there is no shame in asking for help when you genuinely need it I’ll also start sharing more about life here in The Gambia our culture food and everyday life Maybe people here will enjoy seeing a part of the world they don’t usually get to see 🇬🇲❤️and it rained here over four hours now still now this raining it is interesting because we have only two season here rain season and dry season
