如果验证和传播一个tx的成本占整个挖矿成本的比例极低，甚至忽略不计，那么为何不以一个tx作为计费单位，而要以一个Tx脚本所包括的字节数作为计算矿工费的单位呢？
又如果，今后取消矿工费的默认设置 ，那么是不是意味着矿工可以自由设定矿工费的计算标准，比如以tx的数量为单位计费？只要其他矿工愿意转发、验证这个tx即可。
