"We" are on a right path, for now. No tinkering with the base protocol, now all we need are masses of transactions and everything gets lost but recorded. No mixing needed, just scale. Shuffler looks a poisonous pill to me.
how do you stop a third party mixer or coinjoin in a permissionless ecosystem?
I can't but there's no need for it, it won't attract sustainable economic activity as there are other solutions that protocol offers that are more needed and produce better results on the long.
If sponsoring CashShuffle on bcash and then handing it to the anarchists to screw themselves was 4D chess to fuck bcash then Calvin is a genius :)
