Having been around the bsv space since 2019 here is my opinion.
- We sued everybody, pissed people off and got de-listed from exchanges. As those delists happened we lost liquidity and other exchanges dropped us. Court moves slow , tech moves fast and court was also a loss.
- As a result of the above, ending with COPA, Craig went farming, Calvin our billionaire backer went on vacation and turned over his social media to someone else without any pivot plan. Over time it appears he made cuts and stopped the funding flow to many if not most projects.
- Lack of liquidity, especially in the USA makes it prohibitive for any large investment funds to maintain big positions in BSV. Over the years I've talked to 2 hedge fund guys, that were pretty interested in BSV but without major exchange support they couldn't invest even if they wanted to.
- With all that's happened, the user base is too small to support many apps success
- Loss of many key people who lost money and invested a lot of time
- lack of a really good marketing plan other than "Craig is Satoshi"
- TAAL making announcements about stacking BSV and not selling it then issuing quarterly reports to the SEC showing they sold almost as much as they mined.
- Some of the most popular and well liked apps earned money for users like genuine retweets and the omniscape conference app but we haven't moved to create more opportunities to earn bsv.
Just some of many things but good stuff remains but need Calvin active, a good marketing plan for the movie and on/off ramps for the USA in particular as we lost orange gateway and rockwallet new version doesn't work in many states.
