Many people didn't understand the meaning of "this year" and scoff, because this tweet is several years old. But they didn't read Craig's paper where he completely redefined time.
A paradigm shifting paper that is only ignored because its boldness is too intimidating even to the greatest thinkers of our time.

In short, "this year" of course didn't refer to the year this tweet - or whatever - was posted, but to "this fateful year when the grand fluttering boogaloo extravaganza begins."

At the end of THAT fateful year, which may be upon us now, brethren and sistren, our eyes shall be opened and our wallets filled with the glory of the Satoj.
