Satoshi Nakamoto, the first to create BitCoin, will end up with at best, a 5 digit user number on Twetch. Why?

The Twetch user ID is as important as you make it to be...
For me it's WORTHLESS.
What is important is ranking.
It's very unlikely that the person with the most followers will be top ranked because of his/her ID.
