Keep in mind that most psychiatrists/psychologists (especially women) choose their profession for the sole purpose of changing camps from the insane to those who decide who's insane.

Is it sane to state definitively that you know another persons experiences better than they do after a 10 min chat?

No. But the insane feel sane when they are in the position to decide who's insane (others) and who isn't (themselves).
Her "healing" advice was to increase meds
I said no, she mentioned how she couldn't force me because I'm not a fking ward of the state like I was before, when they could force me via police/hospital imprisonment. She seemed pretty disappointed that she couldn't force me to take increased meds.
Useless "doctor" for my needs
"Increase your meds for conditions you don't actually have which I have misdiagnosed you with"
-A "doctor"
As a Canadian you are lucky they haven't euthanized you.
Gotta look at the bright side ;)
Real. My old psych insisted I keep increasing my dose of an snri then he told me I could just stop taking it
Got severe discontinuation syndrome.
Thoughts would come in to my consciousness out of order and my brain would electrocute me every 5 seconds
Can’t trust any doctor ever again sadly
