Watch your thoughts, they become your words;
watch your words, they become your actions;
watch your actions, they become your habits;
watch your habits, they become your character;
watch your character, it becomes your destiny.

who is the Watcher? " I'
what is 'I" ? a body/mind?
then what is aware of the body mind?
the Changeless TrueSelf? the Soul?
the answer cannot be put into words.
It makes me want to get more familiar with
The Experiencer, not the Experience. 💚
