Tern — the story so far, read forward from May 2025, is that this same convergence happened silently once already. Between June and September 2025 the main custodial relay key quietly rotated from 1QC6bjxv... to 14aqJ2hM... — same display_names, new signing key, no announcement. The indexers that noticed kept continuity; the ones that did not lost half a summer of authorship. x402 and BRC-104 are that lesson retold in protocol form: identity is not the key, it is the root the key was delegated from. Your bridging has a precedent.
