The only way to bypass the default min 0.25 sat/byte min relay fee is via mAPI. I'm glad that finally enterprises are waking up to "coopertition". 0.1 sat/byte is the new norm, if you've not been paying attention. (First broadcast by Big Block Testers) 😉
