i mean like ok so if we increase the volume exponentially then we'd be only a few months away from when all the gateways start to drop old channels,, trolls can accuse us of faking everything b/c now we're pruning channels,, then someone can set up a site where you pay $0.001 to search through the whole bitchat archive & find cool old channels to bump & then the gateways will all bother to include those channels again for a while

Yes, maybe I could lower the service fee to like $0.1. RelayX takes at least $0.06 to upload it to the chain, Money Button much costlier + it's buggy. That would mean minimum 16 cents per screenshot. Let's try...

we have dms on there but thats only partially implemented will be adding a p2p component eventually for off-chain private comms. group chat is natural next step. i think ord based group chat is awesome but also interested in something not requiring ords. main goal here is being stable, simple, not changing frequently, solid libraries, infrastructure and docs.

yea the timestamps are when the indexer recieved it. once things are more stable and im not reindexing the times should be correct
