I like a lot of what has been mentioned. It may not be a “back to the basics” idea, but start integrating some sort of functionality to some of the NFT…can be super simple…but I think it’d help a lot. Could add exclusivity as well.
What about pre-created group chats for nft holders? That auto-add/drop users based on ownership. There's some demand for this, as it's already happening with eggs.
There could be specific benefits to being in these groups such as:
There's lots you could do, this is just what comes to the top of my head.
I agree, it's really the only reason I participate in the mints.
But, I do think it's gonna take a lot to get to the point you're talking about. Since I joined Twetch, over 60k new accounts have been created, yet NFT prices have declined.
Building a social media platform is hard and getting users to stick around is even harder, getting them to spend their hard earned cash on your jpegs is harder yet.
The truth is that there are very few dedicated Twetch users. Most create accounts and then leave or just check in from time to time. The same 500-1000 people are usually participating in the mints.
Obviously nothing is guaranteed, and Twetch has done a great job getting to this point. I believe in it, otherwise I wouldn't be here. The good news is organic growth can take an exponential curve, like you're alluding to, and I do think Twetch has the potential to make that happen. But, we'll see.
I'm a little surprised by the collapse in price of the lizards after mint. Lots for sale.
I like the lizards, I think the exotics are incredible. I guess maybe I would have liked to see more unique traits in those that aren't exotics. Like the occasional exotic trait, more interesting backgrounds, etc. But, overall they are pretty cool and I love the storyline that's building around them.
I've been seeing so many people trying to dump their entire NFT collections over the last month and watching these mints continuously collapse under mint price is a bit discouraging. If you take an honest look at the NFTs on this platform and consider the price of BSV during mint, the gains are limited at best, and often negative.
Exotics sell at great premiums, but so few people want to buy Legendaries. Epics only seem to sell if you list them so low that they're nearly priced at Rare level. And of course, the buying and selling comes to a halt a week or two after the mint ends. The liquidity is almost non-existent after that.
When it comes down to it, demand needs to match supply, a discussion that's often been had here. There are a couple collections I don't love, but overall I think Twetch NFTs are very solid.
Not sure what the solution is to any of this and perhaps it just is what it is. I have high hopes that the sirloins, vaccines, lizards and frogs all continue to play off of each other because that's what makes the nfts here fun, even if it doesn't create upward pressure on the price.
No specific point to make here, but just felt like saying what I'm thinking. Peace!
Wen matching PSA graded physical nfts available?
Yes, please don't devalue the rest of the NFTs by creating more planetary stuff.
I got another lizard that landed in my account late, so I'm all square too
Same, also missing 1.22 BSV
UPDATE: An additional lizard just showed up in my account, so I am no longer "missing" 1.22 BSV.
I'm guessing the remaining "unminted" lizards are actually possessed by those that have 1.22 BSV missing from their wallets, but they just aren't showing up yet…
same….

Generative art begins as a smart contract which contains all possible outputs. They exist in a state of quantum super position, until someone sends cryptocurrency to the smart contract. The contract produces a random output which when minted is officially observed in the universe. The artist creates the smart contract, the collector mints the artwork. Both parties are entangled with the outputs. The outputs surprise the universe. It’s new information. It’s poetic.
Fidenza #110. Generative art will save the world. Can’t wait til it comes to Twetch.
That's so cool. It's like the universe creating a specific piece of art just for the user. Is there a place where you recommend to mint this form of artwork at a reasonable price, or any artists you recommend?
Fact
Thinking about putting an offer on this one. Think they'll accept 3 BSV?

Just looked this up on OpenSea, I find it very transfixing. I actually don't understand why I like it so much.
What do you like about this form of art, why do you think it is the future?
Elon says he felt he was dying for a few days after taking SECOND booster. Hopes he has no permanent damage. Interesting.
Spread the love, I’ll take one. But I think you should stick around…
That’s a cool one 😎
I've been part of these types of discussions a couple times over the last year on Twetch. I was worried about the same thing, yet prices have held up much better than expected. I would argue that with this particular mint, the story of the lizards/frogs/vaccines ultimately increases the total value of these nfts.
This mint will sell out in less than 15 mins. Comfies sold out pretty quickly and the total BSV required to sell out was nearly twice as much.
Pretty sure this can be written off on your taxes as a donation.
Can you imagine how much a dead Lizard would be worth?
Does FoxSyndicate still exist? We get rugged?
