'Low sodium diet' is absolute insanity! Challenge though is people eat too much and too often, leading to accumulated toxicity. So to them, the salt solution is like trying to smash a mosquito with a hammer! I use Himalayan Pink Salt.

Truly a great man. He turned a 'scar' situation into a 'star!' He is in our hearts where he can live forever, by us sharing his (re)discoveries. I do not take pain medication, just water with a bit of salt is sufficient.
