No price appreciation? I rode BSV from $60 to $480. That's nothing to shake a stick at. If BSV was easy to acquire, the potential gains wouldn't be as extreme. If you have weak hands though, BSV might not be the right fit for you.
Why on earth would he want to do that and crash his BTC holdings? Better to slowly exit, and milk all the BTC clowns for every penny they've got. All it takes is one exchange to keep BSV alive. Be thankful for the suppression, and load up while you can.

I'm not sure what you're expecting. He's not going to allow his creation to be hijacked again. Even if he lost the keys to the earliest coins, they can still be reassigned via court order, or they will remain unspent forever. Either way... a win for us.
